Edward Villareal is a Broker and Managing Partner of NAI Rio Grande Valley. Since 1999 Edward has worked in various capacities of leadership, management, and development in the commercial real estate industry with a focus on the US/Mexico border, specifically in the Rio Grande Valley and Laredo, TX. Edward is a graduate of Boston College with a degree in Accounting and a Minor in Computer Science.

Throughout his career, Edward has leased or sold in excess of 30 million square feet of industrial real estate. In addition, with his experience in landlord and tenant representation, Edward guides tenants and landlords through occupancy evaluation, strategy development, acquisitions/dispositions, and negotiation of lease transactions.
