Foss is a Valley native who owned Jones & Cook Stationers from 1976 until he sold it in 2008. Jones & Cook was one of the largest independent office products and office furniture dealers in Texas. Semi-retired since 2008, Foss manages his own commercial and agricultural real estate, invests in other commercial real estate, has over forty years of experience serving on independent community bank boards and manages a small cattle ranch operation.
